With a degree from Kingston University and a Master’s degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, Jayme has developed a strong foundation in compliance and risk management. In his current role, Jayme is responsible for overseeing all compliance-related activities within the company, including developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs. He also works with Damex’s partners to identify and mitigate any potential compliance risks and ensures that the company is operating in a manner that meets all regulatory requirements.
Jayme’s previous experience in compliance and risk management includes working in various roles across several industries, including financial services in both Amsterdam and Gibraltar. Through these experiences, he has developed a deep understanding of the complex regulatory environments in which businesses operate and has honed his skills in identifying, assessing, and managing risks.
